1) What security measures are in place?
We have 24/7 cameras that alert to the phones of the owners and managers. The managers live on site and we have ample lighting in the lot.
2) Do I need to bring my own storage lock?
Yes, or you can purchase one from our office staff.
3) Do you sell boxes?
Yes, we are a U-Haul dealer and have boxes and other moving supplies in the office.
4) What items am I not allowed to store?
Anything hazardous like propane, diesel, kerosene ect.
5) What is the difference between office, access and gate hours?
Our office staff is available Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The gate hours are accessible from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM 7 days per week. After hours access is available by calling the manager.
6) Do you rent moving trucks?
Yes, we are a U-Haul dealer. Please call for availability.
7) How do I rent a moving truck?
You can call our location at 970-786-4606 or U-Haul directly at 1-800-Go-U-haul (1-800-468-4285) also at Uhaul.com.
8) How much does self-storage cost?
All of our units for self-storage are the same size 10×20. They are shipping containers that are wind and water tight. They rent for $150.00 per month. RV and boat storage have different rates depending on the size and range from $30.00 to $65.00 per month.
9) Can I store my boat or RV?
Yes, you can store your boat, RV, Jet Skis, trailers and vehicles. Please call us if you wish to store something else and we can see if it will work at our facility.
10) Is your parking on cement or gravel?
Our facility is crushed concrete and crushed asphalt.
11) Can I rent storage online?
Yes, you can rent through our website.
12) What are the storage access hours?
The gate hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM 7 days per week. After hour access is available for emergency situations by contacting our office at 970-786-4606. It rings to our cell phone after hours.
13) How do I pay my storage bill?
You can pay online or at our office during office hours.
14) What is a drive-up storage unit?
All of our units are outdoors and allow you to drive directly up to the door.
15) Do I need tenant storage insurance?
Yes, we recommend having insurance. Contact your agent to see if your homeowners or renters’ policy will cover your stored items. If not, we do offer insurance to purchase with your rental.
16) When can I move in?
You can move in immediately once paid and the rental contract is signed.
